The name speaks for him. I seldom have work done. He is thorough and his price seems truly fair. It is great to have found a mechanic team that does what they say, and tell you what you really need to have done.
I’ve used Trusty Auto Care a couple times now. Every time the communication is great, pricing and work is honest and very thorough. I would recommend them to anyone needing a good mechanic.
Trusty Auto Care is awesome with 6.0L Powerstroke Diesels. I was having issues with my 2004 Excursion and they ran extensive diagnostics to ensure they were able to narrow down the issue and get it fixed. Along the way of finding the major issue of a bad turbo they also found a few other minor things that I also approved such as leaks in the turbo boots. Upon picking up my rig it is now running better than ever and the increase in power is phenomenal. I’ll be using these guys for my cars moving forward.
Came here for routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs, but it was a disaster. Constant delays, changing quotes, and after I got my car back, I had to take it to another mechanic to fix it. He even prioritized his friends' vehicles first, leaving mine parked on a dirt lot outside his house. Army Vet living on a fixed income.....disappointed to say the least, customer service was last on his list. Go somewhere else if you value your time and money:///
Had an issue with my engine! Not only did they find one for me but helped me with a great fair price! The communication was the best A plus! Amazing job these brothers did! I would highly recommend! Being a single female and not knowing much they always treated me with highest respect and didn’t try to rip me off! Great job guys! Most definitely will bring my car back!
