This is the second time we have used Trustworthy Glass. The first time was for new bathroom mirrors. Beautiful! This time was for a large round-top window in our Living Room that had a broken seal resulting in a foggy window. It was a complex installation needing scaffolding, removing a 30-year window, cleaning the existing stops, installing and caulking. If there were more stars I would definitely give Trustworthy Glass all of them. They worked with me to replace a 38”x70” piece of glass for my dining room table. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Their quality of workmanship and customer service was outstanding!! I highly recommend Trustworthy Glass!!
I had such a great experience with Trustworthy Glass! Becky answered my call and was so nice and helpful. She got back to me right away and arranged for Tyler to come out the very same day to help fix our jammed glass shower door. Tyler was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly fixed the issue. This was my first time using this company, but it definitely won't be my last. I was so impressed with their urgency, expertise, and kindness from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Conversation with this company was very difficult. Apparently having an assertive tone means you are rude. The differences in humans is what makes the world beautiful. You don’t have to like everyone you work with but you do need to be adaptable. Also, determined to be rude but they felt it was ok to name call the customer. Customer even apologized for her alleged tone. Passive aggression does not work.
We had a wonderful experience working with Trustworthy Glass! We just bought a new home and all windows on the main level had a failed glazing seal. I shopped around for quotes, and Trustworthy Glass had the best price and also amazing customer service! Becky who handles phone calls and emails is super friendly and Ryan who measured and installed our windows is a very nice guy.
