Michael came out and did a phenomenal job letting us know what was wrong, diagnosing the issues and got our dryer back and running in no time. Would highly recommend.
We just recently moved to Frankfort and this was the place I wanted to go because it was local. I love supporting small businesses. The reviews and pictures is what sold me also. We went on a weekday and the lady who was in there wasnt very friendly, she did sell us a washer but I just wish she was more helpful and friendly. She barely spoke two words to us and we had to load it up by ourselves. We appreciate the purchase.
Will never go back here first off they never hooked the washer up like they were suppose to cuz they never asked us if we needed water hoses for it when we bought it and the hoses they have given us are bad and then we paid to have the old refrigerator taken and come to find out since they had to take the doors out they would charge another 80 dollars on top of the 100 for delivery and installing and everything so we just got 40 dollars refunded .
