I took my parents to the Trust Texas Laurent branch to see Delissa, since she spoke Spanish. My parents needed account issues taken care of and Delissa did not hesitate to help. In total, we were there approx. 3 hours. Not only did we take up her time and possibly a break but she also stayed after closing hours to finish what was needed. We appreciate her customer service and she never rushed to get through it. Delissa is a great asset to Trust Texas.
