I highly recommend Dr. Adam Bilodeau. He really takes the time to evaluate your needs and helps you understand what the root cause is to ensure you make a full recovery.
I’ve been dealing with knee pain for over a year and Adam at TruStrength made a HUGE difference! He took the time to really figure out the root cause of my knee pain and customized my physical therapy to activities I wanted to start doing again and really focusing on exercises that would help the root cause. I highly recommend Adam. I could brag about him all day!!! I am so happy with my experience and even happier that all my pain is gone
