I had a great gym session here! There is lots of weights to choose from and the trainers treat you like family. I was visiting from out of town and I felt right at home here. Thanks for the great workout today!
I love working out here! I took some rock climbing classes and really enjoyed the sport. I’ve also done some personal coaching. Since I was new to weight lifting, I wanted to make sure I learned how to do it correctly. Jenny Gray was so kind and informative! She helped me challenge myself and I got to see what I was capable of! It was such an encouraging experience for me.
