I love working out here! I took some rock climbing classes and really enjoyed the sport. I’ve also done some personal coaching. Since I was new to weight lifting, I wanted to make sure I learned how to do it correctly. Jenny Gray was so kind and informative! She helped me challenge myself and I got to see what I was capable of! It was such an encouraging experience for me.
Jesse and the staff have been friendly and accomodating to neurodiverse clients we bring to work out.
I had originally applied because I just moved I had met with him and then told I would be put on a wait list however that was 2 years ago and it seems that having too many people or because of COVID wasn't really the reason.
