A complete mess. The new cards they issued had defective chips. When calling to activate, its says unable to process. Mobile deposit doesn't work either. This plus any other issue requires a phone call. They are so backed up with calls that you just sit on hold for over an hour sometimes, calling day after day, with no resolution. No working credit cards. No way to get in touch with help. Totally unacceptable.
