The team was very friendly, kind, helpful and honest. I thought my roof was going to need extensive very costly repairs due to high wind damage and how terrible the roof looked to me after the wind done messed up my shingles. I spoke to the team and told them about my concerns with my roof and asked them what could be done In regards to the repairs and will my insurance cover it or will I have to pay out of pocket. The sales rep and the project planner went the extra mile to answer all our questions and fulfill detailed requests. The scheduler found a way to fit us in during a very busy time before the holidays. The installer was expert, efficient, and friendly.
