I’ve been banking here for 5 years and I constantly get disservice. You can’t get a loan or anything notarized because the manager is never there. I’d rather keep my money in a tube sock tied up in my backyard.

If I could mark this as a 0/5 stars I would in a heart beat. The customer service representative was extremely dismissive, disrespectful and down right just ugly about the entire situation. I worked as a customer service representative at a bank before and the way this man handled this phone call just made my blood boil. Do not bank with this bank at all. There are other banks that you can work with. I would not trust them with my money. The service was terrible.
