Worst customer service ever! People needs to taught with some etiquettes on how to treat people. They need to learn some basic manners on public interaction, they can’t dump their trash on us if they are going through a bad day! Ladies were alright but this Russian guy, I don’t know what’s wrong with him! Very rude
Staffing is a global issue, and with this specific branch, it worsens even more. They should learn how to treat their customers. Had an interaction with a guy for a deposit Dominic Patino Ladnier and he just couldn’t lower his tone, and this guy has got some serious attitude problem I don’t even know how he got this position! But he loves to play the role of a manager that’s for a fact! We are never returning back to this branch. It sucks!!!
Went to make 2 separate deposits in cash for my business accounts, had the worst experience just make the deposit. They wanted my ID which I gave them, and then they wanted to ask SS card, I didn’t had that at that moment, so I showed him the picture, which he clearly denied to accept. When I asked for the manager, he said he is the manager saying his other manager is on a vacation. Not only that he became rude and told me to get my business somewhere else.
