Mortgage site takes FOREVER to take your money. If you're going to harrass me about paying on time, then fix your online payment system.
Inept upkeeping of there mortgage website. Recently changed, you have to put in all your information for payments again. Now, when I put in my financial institution routing number, the wrong institution comes up. My online requst about this and as per ususal no answer ( this has happen 2 other times). On the phone now, after the hunt to find a number, for 15 minutes. You go through all the hoops to get help via their automated menu, well though you got to the mortgage dept, they don't handle the "online portion"! These peopl... read more
