I ran into a situation where my original lender wasn't able to pull through with a loan they promised me and time was running out to close on my new home. Ignacio stepped in and quickly laid out my options clearly. While my situation had some challenges, Ignacio was able to navigate and guide me through them. He was always available when I reached out for help and was able to help me close in time! I plan to work with Ignacio again when I refinance. Definitely recommended!
