Edited review: was hesitant to choose this law firm based off the receptionists snarky rude attitude, but decided to ignore the one bad apple based off the glowing reviews for the work of the attorneys. I’m glad I did. Brandie was very helpful in my consultation and eased a lot of my worries. Overall a great experience with them.
Trustice Law is an amazing firm and team. They work hard for their clients to get positive outcomes. They are diligent and responsive. Mrs. Rhoades is not only a fabulous lawyer but provides compassion during stressful moments.
Recommended my mother to them, WILL NEVER recommend them again. She stated that she called looking for help, since she’s going through a divorce. Apparently, a man answered the phone and my mother started to explain things to him. He said “I’m going to stop you right there. Can you send me $250 over the phone right now?” My mother proceeded to tell him that she couldn’t afford it immediately. He then said, “you had a good day”, and hung the phone up. Horrible customer service. I’ll never recommend anyone to this firm again.
Ryan the receptionist was VERY NASTY, unprofessional and unhelpful. He was unsure of a service I was asking if the law firm provided and hesitated to find out. My sister called again second time to see if we can talk to someone else. Ryan then again answered the phone with the disgust and accusations, stating that he just spoke with me when it was in fact my sister, leading to him hanging up the phone.
