Ryan the receptionist was VERY NASTY, unprofessional and unhelpful. He was unsure of a service I was asking if the law firm provided and hesitated to find out. My sister called again second time to see if we can talk to someone else. Ryan then again answered the phone with the disgust and accusations, stating that he just spoke with me when it was in fact my sister, leading to him hanging up the phone.
