A small ford dealer with not much stock of new and second-hand cars but the staff are nice and helpful.
Richard whom we dealt with was very good. Our car was ready for us when we went to pick it up. It was a terrible day puring down with rain. Although it was supposed to have been cleaned inside, there was lots of places that had been missed. The glove box still contained the previous MOT and another item that we have no idea what it was. Excellent. SAM dealt with my inquiry in a very professional, calm and patient manner. Perfect experience overall. I was there for 5 hours trying different cars and being difficult to choose one , SAM was able to provide me with plenty of information and help me take a decision. Very friendly people. Left the shop with a great deal on a brand new KUGA
Spoke to them 2 days In a row, didn't get anywhere as parts were never there, admittedly the lady's were trying to be as helpful as they could but in the end went to a different ford dealership and got the part ordered and knew when I was going to get it aswell
