saies were fine service department rubbish got ripped off for wing mirror cost £ 274 for a 20 minute job i think this was due to a complaint i had made previously about a botched repair on suspension bushes.
Bought a torneo connect about 2 months ago couldn't ask for better service from all staff at wakefield
Avoid this Garage!! staff are useless and are not interested once they have your money. We bought a car online & paid for delivery, was promised a full tank of fuel but it arrived with none, the service book & handbook we’re also missing from the car, i phoned the dealership straight away & I was told they were left on the salesman’s desk by mistake. They promised they we’re going to post this to me but 7 weeks later we have still not received it, I have sent 17 emails & made 6 phone calls to them but still No service histor... read more
