I dealt with Ashley who was 100% in every aspect of my purchase. In his absence I got to speak with Robert to get the deal sorted and the handover was again with Ashley. He was very informative with regard to my new car and extremely helpful in getting me sorted out. This is the 2nd car I have bought at Craigavon and hopefully won't be the last. Thanks again guys
My experience with Trust Ford has been an absolute disaster. My vehicle was transferred to Trust Ford in early April for repair, which I was told would take a couple of days. It is now 25th June and I still have not got the vehicle back. Calls to the service department are rarely answered and when the reception answer they promise to get somepne to call back, which rarely happens. I am constantly told that they are waiting for parts.
