Torn about how to review this place and because I have not spoken to a manager yet I'm not going to mark it as one however we are not overly impressed with the service so far. We came in one day to enquire about the monthly subscription you have for the pet health plan and was told that the cost of it would be based on our dogs weight (because she is under 10kg it is £15 monthly) I asked if would it cover her flea and worm treatments as that's what we had at her previous vets with the pet health club (which we only wanted to... read more

Cane Corso- Cherry Eye Photo is from the day after surgery No bleeding after surgery. Small amount of swelling, if any. Day after , her eye looks really good. Letting me put drops in without hassle. Back to her usual self. 🤞 But really happy for the day after. Thank you 💚
Took my dog here on Wednesday the vets is absolutely amazing then we had to return with my dog again on Saturday for his last journey with us the vets is truly outside Daniel was so supportive and filled us in with everything I absolutely recommend this vets
I had my springer spaniel hip and elbow scored through Rock House. Excellent care of my dog was combined with very reasonable pricing and efficient service (x-rays Monday, results emailed to me on Friday. I travelled from Worcestershire and it was well worth the journey.
