Trusted Surplus has been wonderful for our family — truly personal service, always responsive, and they’ve taken so much paperwork and any issues that have come up along the way, off my hands. Chalandri Van Wyk and Barbara Levy especially have gone above and beyond. Another company once tried to get us to switch, claiming Trusted Surplus wouldn’t handle the extra work we needed. That was completely untrue — they’ve done more, and done it better, than we could have hoped. So grateful we stayed with them.
I'm working with Trusted Solutions on a Pooled Income Trust. Everyone has been great but Claire Louise has been especially helpful in helpful me getting through this often confusing process. She does an excellent job and is a pleasure to deal with.
I can not say enough good things about Claire. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the scope of a pooled trust. She was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the application process, and she explained the complex Medicaid spend down process with clarity.
