I highly recommend Trusted Plumbing & Heating! Dallas and his crew are highly knowledgeable, professional and work tirelessly to complete projects within the quoted timeframe—even if that means staying late for two days straight. We recently had a new furnace and air conditioner installed and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. My family truly appreciated the quick turnaround and the attention to detail throughout the process.
Our 20+ year old a/c unit decided it was time to stop working in mid July. Dallas Frykland gave a guaranteed price quote. He and his crew were on time on the prearranged day. They removed the old a/c unit with no fuss and installed the new one including sheet metal and new plumbing and were done by mid afternoon with a vacuum test and temperature probe check done as well as coordinating with an electrician to replace the circuit breaker with a lower value due to the improved efficiency of the new unit.. Dallas came to the house today to service my AC unit. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I was interested in how and what he was doing and he took the time, while he worked, to explain it. Great service. I highly recommend this company and I'll be using them in the future. Maureen who books the appointments and is undoubtedly the office manager is wonderful as well. All around good people to deal with.
Dallas and his team are great. They have been a big help with our HVAC needs. They installed a new air conditioner for us a few weeks ago, made a duct repair and are replacing taps for us soon. They are informative & tidy while working in our home. We recommend them!!
