After the cold snap we just had we were left with our 20 yr furnace on its last legs. After some trusted referrals (see what I did there lol) we gave trusted a call. After speaking with one of the owners we felt more than confident that this was the team for us. Dallas came out the next day and helped us to understand what we needed and why.
