On the coldest day thus far in December, Trusted came to our house for a furnace check up. I called them because the furnace was almost 30 years old. Turned out we had a pretty serious CO issue. Dallas and his crew came the next morning - despite having other things to do - and installed a new high efficiency furnace. The quote was fair and they worked so hard to get the job done in -30°c weather. Huge shout out to everyone at Trusted!!
I am so glad I met the guys from Trusted Furnace. They are so much more thorough than the previous company I had doing regular maintenance on my furnace. I also have complete confidence that they are honest with me about its condition and not going to take advantage of me. I guess what I’m saying is that I fully trust Trusted.
