Update March 2022 - I finally did receive a refund after 3 months! As a result I have changed my rating to 2 stars. I'm not a fan but at least they made it right. (I also reversed the dispute with my credit card company.) These people market under this name as well as Reader's Digest and Taste of Home. When I tried to cancel my order, they never complied and when I requested a refund that didn't happen.
