I had a great experience with this audiology service. The staff were professional, patient, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout. Highly recommended for anyone needing hearing care.

Easy parking right out front. Lovely atmosphere and staff. Very professional but plain language explanations. Friendly and caring. Have also brought family here. Children welcome and catered for. I would recommend to anyone. Even just for peace of mind about the health of your ears and the current strength of your hearing. It's great to know. And the results are also forwarded to your GP for your records, if you want them to be, as well. Thank you, Trusted Hearing. The service guarantee is in the name. :)

Had a great experience with Isabel. She was thorough, professional and explained everything before, during and after (probably spent longer than she needed to, to answer my questions) which I appreciated a lot. This is the kind of service that makes it so that I will be recommending herself and Trusted Hearing to family and friends

Isabella at reception made the check in process easy and Rosanna was so lovely too. She explained everything beforehand and as she was cleaning my ears. She was so gentle and it was a painless little procedure, over in 10 minutes

It was my first visit at Trusted Hearing this morning and the experience couldn’t have been better. Roxanne made me feel at ease as she gently cleared the wax from both my ears. The place is immaculately clean even the kids-corner super tidy…..it was early in the day though. Staff helpful and friendly. Thank you all for a great service.
