I’m so happy I found Trusted Hearing had opened in my local shopping center. Rosanna is so professional and knowledgeable and explained everything so well, once I had my hearing aids fitted she has been so accommodating with the few issues I’ve had getting used to them, so easy to make an appointment to get things sorted. I could not recommend Rosanna & Peter more highly & wish them best wishes with their business 🤗

Had a really pleasant experience here, staffs are informative and genuinely caring. It was my second visit with my younger daughter, and they smoothly removed a giant block of earwax. You can tell they truly want you to feel better. Overall a pleasing experience.

Had my mother in law here a few times over the last few months. Rosanna is absolutely fantastic. She is very patient, takes her time to explain everything and all options available, and is very caring. Couldn't recommend her high enough.

Rosanna is very friendly, detail and gentle with her hands. She did a wonderful job at cleaning my ear wax and i am very very happy with her service. So thankful she is located at Tunstall Square, I hope she is there for a long term as the location is good with plenty of car parking. No hesitation in recommending her, you won't be disappointed.

At last, exactly what I was looking for. Competent and efficient service; friendly people, good equipment, and simple reservation app. My ears feel clear and I’m booked in for next year. No more spoiled holidays through swimmers ear! Perfect.
