The audiologist, Rosanna was lovely. I went there thinking I needed a ear wax removal but she showed me I didn't have an issue. We did an audiologist assessment which helped clarify what was concerning me. Rosanna was clear, concise and was happy to answer my questions. I would highly recommend anyone to attend trusted hearing if they have any issues or concerns with their hearing/ears.
Great experience at this clinic! Came in last minute and both Peter and Rose were able to squeeze us in luckily. Rose was extremely professional, reassuring, patient and explained the whole wax removal process really well for my brother. We were able to see how disgusting and blocked the build up was as well as see what it looked like after (see attached photos). So gross yet satisfying knowing my brother's ears are now clear and he can hear properly! Highly recommended! Thanks again, will definitely come back :)

I visited trusted hearing for wax removal today. Very welcoming at front desk and Rosanna was excellent. Explained the process showed me my ear on the camera and checked that I was ok. She was delightful. Highly recommend this clinic
Lovely staff & the audiologist was gentle & thorough. Definitely recommend going there & a lot cheaper than other places I rang to have my ears cleared of wax build up. Will definitely return there. And the audiologist loves dogs so that’s the best way of knowing someone is good. Thank you for your gentle treatment today for something I was quite nervous about. Jane ^..^
