I would highly recommend this practice. I had a blocked ear which I attributed to a sinus issue, however it turned out to be a build up of wax, and was referred to Trusted Hearing, in Doncaster, by a friend. It was easy to book an appointment online. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly when I called with a query. A very big thank you to Roxanna. I saw Rosanna today for ear wax removal. I found her to be very caring and efficient. She explained everything in an easy to understand manner and I found her to be very professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rosanna (from Trusted Hearing) to anyone needing ear wax removal,or hearing test. The cost was also very reasonable and affordable.

I’m so happy I found Trusted Hearing had opened in my local shopping center. Rosanna is so professional and knowledgeable and explained everything so well, once I had my hearing aids fitted she has been so accommodating with the few issues I’ve had getting used to them, so easy to make an appointment to get things sorted. Had a really pleasant experience here, staffs are informative and genuinely caring. It was my second visit with my younger daughter, and they smoothly removed a giant block of earwax. You can tell they truly want you to feel better. Overall a pleasing experience.
