I had an ear wax removal for my mom at this clinic with Rosanna Chor. She did it very gently and provided genuine advice. It was not just about cleaning her ears, it was making my mom feel comfortable and safe. The staffs are extremely friendly and approachable..

Had a great experience with Isabel. She was thorough, professional and explained everything before, during and after (probably spent longer than she needed to, to answer my questions) which I appreciated a lot. This is the kind of service that makes it so that I will be recommending herself and Trusted Hearing to family and friends

It was my first visit at Trusted Hearing this morning and the experience couldn’t have been better. Roxanne made me feel at ease as she gently cleared the wax from both my ears. The place is immaculately clean even the kids-corner super tidy…..it was early in the day though. Staff helpful and friendly. Thank you all for a great service.

I attended Trusted Hearing to have my ear wax removed. It was 5 Star from start to finish. Appoinment: Simple Reception: Pleasant & helpful Clinic: Clean & relax Experience: Rosanna is professional & gentle. Listens, then explains before the procedure - what she will do and what to expect (mainly the noise, which was really not too bad). All done comfortably and could hear the difference even before she finished. The "before" & "after" pictures were really good too.🙂 Thank you.
