Just left this ER, very nice and amazing staff, from the lady at the front to the doctors/nurses!
From the moment I walked in the front office Registration Clerk was compassionate and helped me through the paperwork quickly. Her name was Lisa. Then, I locked eyes with the most amazing and fantastic RN i have ever met. Her name was Jackie! She took real good care of my every need. And then, I met Dr Castaneda who was adamant in getting the very best EKG and work up that i could possibly get. I felt loved and cared for in every way. They made a huge difference. Our nurse was very nice and helpful she was the best part about this er. But when we had called ahead the receptionist was so rude and it must have been the same lady at the front desk when we got there because we got even more attitude. Our doctor kept making jokes about how my girlfriend shouldn’t have the mental issues she does because she’s to pretty. They were very unprofessional and dismissive. Again except for our nurse lovely blonde in her 30-40s.
i went in for a ripped off nail that was still connected and the way i got treated was disrespectful and outrageous. I come in having a panic attack for shock and they start accusing my fiance of abusing my after multiple times saying that was not true the doctor continued making jokes about my fiancée hurting me. not to mention how rude the doctor was rolling his eyes multiple times at me saying i was crying for fun not because i was in pain. i have never been treated so bad in a medical facility before they acted like it w... read more
Was really disappointed with the service here. I went in because I experienced bleeding when I was eight weeks pregnant. They did not check my hCG levels. The doctor also said I needed to wait until I was 20 weeks pregnant to know for sure if my baby was alive or dead. I could not believe it. They did not check my blood type. A lot of things were missed here. The doctor also did not speak very good English, so it was very hard to understand him. Not a lot of bedside manners.
