I came in with my two boys, one was having a severe allergic reaction. The whole team was immediately all hands on deck. Nurse Jacquelyn was an angel and took care of my other boy like he was her own. 20/10 help from this team.
Absolutely rude as hell. The doctor dismissed me didn’t want to listen to a single thing I said was super rough when examining my face. WARNING: Go anywhere else. They charged $50,000 for a CT scan, a urine test, some saline, and pain meds. Weren’t even there overnight and they ended up being wrong about what was going on. Giving birth and a multiple night stay in a hospital was cheaper than this place. Absolutely disgusting.
The staff at ER of Texas in Hurst were amazing! It was a smooth process from beginning to end. They were all attentive, they listened to my complaints, they made sure I was comfortable, and they even entertained me with jokes to keep my mind off the pain I was in. Unlike other places where you may wait for hours to be seen, I was back in a room so quick and they always made sure to check on me throughout the whole process.
