Charged over 8,000 dollars to take stitches out of arm and get antibiotic shot. Washed own arm with antibiotic soap was 130.00 dollars. The doctor was good but the billing is outrageous.

From the moment I walked in the front office Registration Clerk was compassionate and helped me through the paperwork quickly. Her name was Lisa. Then, I locked eyes with the most amazing and fantastic RN i have ever met. Her name was Jackie! She took real good care of my every need. And then, I met Dr Castaneda who was adamant in getting the very best EKG and work up that i could possibly get. I felt loved and cared for in every way. They made a huge difference. Our nurse was very nice and helpful she was the best part about this er. But when we had called ahead the receptionist was so rude and it must have been the same lady at the front desk when we got there because we got even more attitude. Our doctor kept making jokes about how my girlfriend shouldn’t have the mental issues she does because she’s to pretty. They were very unprofessional and dismissive. Again except for our nurse lovely blonde in her 30-40s.
