I followed up several times over a few weeks after the initial call and was finally told the job could be done on a specific day, with a confirmed time to be sent beforehand. I took the day off work to be available. The night before, I received an automated text saying the arrival time would be 8am. The next morning I received another message at 9am. Chris came out within a day of calling him for a fault with a solar system, He had it diagnosed and replaced within a few days, Thanks so much.
The service was excellent. Once I provided a current electricity bill, Chris created a comprehensive proposal. I was provided 2 options and happily selected the proposal with a battery. I used the proposal to get Body Corporate approval and Chris and I agreed on an installation date. The installation was completed and it is all working. I am very happy with the service I received and the prompt response I receive to any of my questions. I am happy to recommend Chris and his team.
