Had Callan come out and do a number of jobs. The service and knowledge provided was exceptional.
Very impressed with Callan and his service. Great communication, very helpful advice on solutions for my home. He was very efficient and tidied up after his works. Certainly impressed with the electrical job completed by Callan and his apprentice today. They arrived on time, both had a smile and evaluated the job and asked good questions that demonstrated their addressing the Customer's needs to ensure the work carried out was what the customer required. We were in a bind with no hot water at 3 pm. Rang Callan and he was at our place within an hr. He found the fault (thermostat) and had it fixed on the spot. He also made a point to contact us after hrs to make sure all was good. Very impressive!
Great result ! Callan responded promptly and was on time to quote at a competitive price. Installation again was on time as arranged. He was easy to deal with. I will definitely be calling on him again.
