What a pleasure it was dealing with Callan. He was quick to reply to my initial phone call even when he was in a crawl space and turned up on time at 7:30am as he promised. He was so open and honest about what the problem could be and showed us the costs and problems along the way. No mucking around, in and out and job was done in a very tidy and professional manner.
