What a pleasure it was dealing with Callan. He was quick to reply to my initial phone call even when he was in a crawl space and turned up on time at 7:30am as he promised. He was so open and honest about what the problem could be and showed us the costs and problems along the way. No mucking around, in and out and job was done in a very tidy and professional manner. I've used Trusted Electrical a couple of times now over the last 6 months or so. I've found Callan to be punctual, helpful, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. Each job has been completed to exceed my expectations. It's nice not to have to wait around for hours on end for someone who may never turn up! If he says he will be there, then he will be. His work is second to none and his pricing is very fair and competitive. Callan is my go to electrician for any job that needs doing.
