My WiFi thermostat went offline and was unable to get it back online. I replaced it with a standard programmable thermostat and it did not work. Contacted Trusted Choice and they came out the following morning. Found the problem was the furnace that a switch failed that shut the whole system down. Switch was replaced. Great job, thank you Jorden.
Brandon was swift to respond, communicated throughout the trouble shooting process and stayed committed to finding the source of the issue. We will be working with Brandon should another heat pump issue arise.
