Great! I was new to the Warrenton area and took a chance on bringing my car to Trusted Auto Care. Since then I have continued to bring my car there and have been impressed everytime with the quality, speed, and price of their services as well as the respectful and knowledgeable people that work there.
It gives me no pleasure to write this, as I liked the staff here, but my experience was an absolute nightmare. I had my engine replaced here and had nothing but problems after I got my car back. 1. My car came back with an oil leak. Turned out they installed the oil cooler gasket in the wrong place (how I have no idea) I had to fix this myself. 2. Fluids were not topped off. 3. They broke my battery strap. 4. An improperly installed (pinched) coolant hose burst a week after getting my car back. My brand new engine almost ove... read more
