This is the worst bank ever! The stole 40k from my deceased father with no explanation. I’m still trying to wrap my head around how they are legally able to do this. Their head of legal Camilla is a Joke. She has no idea what she is doing and has to constantly seek outside legal counsel because she has no experience in fraud or investigations. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. A bank error caused an overdraft, but nobody would even attempt to work with me on the fees generated. While I was trying to work with the branch an explain why the fees should not have been charged, the bank reported me to the credit bureau. Over $20 in incorrect fees. The overdraft amount was paid back almost immediately.
I have done business with them for years and have enjoyed working with them. They have great products and good customer service. I plan to continue for many years in the future
