From the time I walked in and sat down with the branch manager and associates they made me feel very comfortable. I was having trouble at another branch and they helped me resolve all my problems.I feel very comfortable when I walk in they make you feel part of a family. Thanks again for all your help. I'm very happy with Trustco Bank. I moved my accounts over from a larger bank and I always felt like they never knew who I was. When I walk into the Rinehart branch, I'm always greeted by the same friendly faces and they all know me. If you're looking for a neighborhood bank, this branch is great!
