The tellers was very friendly, always helpful making my visit quick and easy.
In a world where customer service takes a back seat in almost every facet of business Carol Timperio was a very pleasant exception. She went out of her way to solve a problem that I was having that no one else could seem to solve. She displayed a “can do” attitude that is very rate. A truly outstanding employee. Well done!!!
From the time I walked in and sat down with the branch manager and associates they made me feel very comfortable. I'm very happy with Trustco Bank. I moved my accounts over from a larger bank and I always felt like they never knew who I was. When I walk into the Rinehart branch, I'm always greeted by the same friendly faces and they all know me. If you're looking for a neighborhood bank, this branch is great!
