I was having some issues with my HELOC loan and called the Sanford branch for help to resolve my issues. After speaking to the branch manager Steven Ortiz, he immediately took ownership of my problem, said he would get back to me once he looked into it. Mr. Ortiz followed up with an E-mail & call, resolving the issue. The customer service at this branch is excellent and exceeded my expectations.. This is why I like to bank with my local branch.
The tellers was very friendly, always helpful making my visit quick and easy.
In a world where customer service takes a back seat in almost every facet of business Carol Timperio was a very pleasant exception. She went out of her way to solve a problem that I was having that no one else could seem to solve. She displayed a “can do” attitude that is very rate. A truly outstanding employee. Well done!!!
From the time I walked in and sat down with the branch manager and associates they made me feel very comfortable. I was having trouble at another branch and they helped me resolve all my problems.I feel very comfortable when I walk in they make you feel part of a family. Thanks again for all your help. I sincerely appreciate everything you have done and for all the time you took with me.
Came in to open a new account and had an easy and seamless time transition from my old bank to them. Very helpful people and looking forward to doing banking with them in the future!
