Manager at this location is incompetent. (146/ 146A price chopper plaza clifton park) My CD was near mature date so I called to have it renewed at the 6 month rate. He said he took care of it. A month later I see my interest rate was 1.4 % not the 6.5% that it was supposed to be. I went in and asked him about it and instead of telling me the truth ( which was he didn't set it up when I called) He blew it off saying it must be a typo and he'll have the higher ups fix it. I absolutely LOVE this bank. The employees at this branch have always been so kind and courteous. Whenever i've had any issues, they have always solved them for me quickly and easily and with a smile. I miss the ones who have moved on but they always have new ones who are just as wonderful. You can tell they enjoy their jobs and the people they work with. See picture. A great, fun group.
Bianca always is very welcoming and uplifts my spirits when I visit this branch. All of the tellers are very nice, but Bianca as the head teller never fails to connect me to the Joy. I look forward to going to the bank because I always have such a positive experience.
