Very nice to your face. Ruthless fees. I’ve banked with these people for almost a decade. Look into every product you have with these people. Look into the required monthly balance balances you need to carry. Look into all the paragraphs of microscopic writing in the products they advertise. Corporate states fee structures and policies are solely based on branches alone. Be careful, policy seems to be based on finger pointing, resulting in poor customer service.

**EDIT** I’d love to say my initial interaction with management was great.. everything after this was just ridiculous.. I opened my two accounts 3/6/26, ordered two cards for each account. Come 3/19/26-still nothing in the mail. I call to confirm my debit card and check orders and I’m met with a receipt that its completely different than the receipt I was given.
