Been a customer with Trustco bank for over 13 years and I have never walked in a place that made me feel like I did something wrong or a criminal, first off I was misgendered, obviously once you hear a person speak you can typically figure out male or female.. (not always) but mostly then I proceeded to request 2 deposits totallying over 8,000 and wanting $600 back the disgusted look of 1 teller n the inexperience of another and the ignorance of the 3rd person..wants to make me pull all my money out and start somewhere else ... read more
The experience that I have received from this bank is like no other that I’ve been at in my entire life, all the staff here is caring and friendly. Always offer the best advice so I can live an easy life. When walking in that bank you can always “trust” that you’d walk out a better person.🧍♂️
