I have been banking with Branch Manager Daniel Tricozzi for quite some time. Him and his staff have been nothing but stellar. Excellent customer service across the board. Out of all Trustco branches. His is the best in the area. And if your looking for a home mortgage, home equity loan or a refinance, Dan is the best to work with.
I have dealt with the Clifton Park branch for a number of years. Everyone is most helpful, the branch manager has been super in all dealings and needs that have come up.
