Savings and CD rates are abysmal. My interaction with Customer Service when opening accounts or getting help with products were far from satisfactory.
They have a supposed 24 hour ATM. It's not exactly 24 hour if the doors are locked though...
I have been a member for many years and am very satisfied with the quality of service. Managers and Tellers alike are polite and professional. A great bank to deal with. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible.
One of the best banks I have been to in a long time!! Much better than Citizen's Bank where I came from.
