I had an excellent experience at Trustco Allendale Branch yesterday. The moment I walked in I felt so welcome! Sadhvi Verma gave me the biggest smile and asked what she could do for me as she sat me down at her desk. She was very professional and knowledgeable yet so personable! I highly recommend Trustco Bank and especially Sadhvi.
Top notch service. I live out of state and handling a relatives estate assets. Sadhvi knew that I was only in town for a day and went out of her way to get things processed quickly so I could complete the transaction. Thanks again!
Excellent service and staff! Colin and Phil do an excellent job. The bank should consider decreasing mortgage rates to low 5% range or under 5% ideally and increase CDs to around 7% I would gladly open a CD at that time. The banks would gain mortgages and can use money invested into CDs to get around 11-15% fairly easily on the regular market while giving customers/investors a stronger share than most traditional banks.
