I drove 30 minutes to cash a check on a Saturday because this bank said it was open i come and it’s closed due to staff shortages. put it on the website how hard is that. If you have Trustco bank do yourself a favor and switch banks I will be doing that on Monday nothing but problems since they became my bank
i was super greatful to open an account here at trustco after seeing it was a 5 star bank, i was told with having a new account that my check would be cleared in 6 days and that within 24hours 1.2k would be available so i could make my rent, this bank then told me my 24 hohr cash was unexsisting added 4 more days to the 6 day clearing period and now im being evicted because my money is being held in a bank for over a week
I had a very good experience with Trustco Bank in Allendale Shopping Center. They have the best rates with no PMI. Margaret Miller helped me with my pre-approval letter for a mortgage loan and she was very helpful and professional. I would recommend going here for your banking and mortgage needs.
Customer service is number one they answer all my questions and have never had anything bad happen here
