The receptionist that answered the phone on 04/19/25 is extremely rude . I didn’t want to and will not ever go to this clinic based on the people they have answering the phone .
We have gone here since they opened and they cant ever seem to file my correct insurance even though they've had it on file and have filed it several times before. Warning, they will charge your card with little to no notice for the full price of the appointment ($830) if your insurance comes back incorrect. I work in medical billing and I ALWAYS attempt to reach the patient to discuss their insurance issue. Seems like that is not a common practice here. I really thought the convenience of having this in Brandon was great until we got the flu. We were seen twice (only bc our Ped was closed or booked) and billed twice for the same services, only those services were not actually rendered on the second visit. The NP did not even assess my child or listen to her lungs when the presenting complaint was that I was concerned she had pneumonia after 5 days of the flu. The entire experience was awesome! The receptionist was very sweet, African American girl was super super sweet & patient with me as she helped me check in and the nurses and other staff were so kind and compassionate with my son! 10/10
After a long night of what turned out to be RSV/croup, we made our way in to TrustcareKids Brandon. I was SO thankful they opened at 8 on a Sunday. I got there at 7:45, and a nurse came to my car to make sure we didn’t have an emergency and need to get in immediately. The front desk girl was amazing!! The nurse and NP were all great. In and out quickly. Prescriptions sent promptly. On the mend! So glad to have this place close by!
