I had a very positive experience at TrustCare. from the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The check-in process was quick, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Kim and Nicole took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and made me feel heard and respected. Walked in and 3 receptionist in the front. 1 busy helping another patient . A second explained she did not have the system for new patients. 3rd sat, looked around us, talked and laughed while we waited 10 minutes for the 1st young lady to finish. Very Unprofessional and rude! Loudly talking about seasoning and cleaning food! If she was on break she should have not been sitting at the front desk! However she quickly assisted the next woman who walked in.
