My emergency was handled by confident providers from the front to the back. Cody and Kim went the extra mile to see me and stitch me up. THANK YOU all. Love the after hours convince and avoiding the emergency room.
After being turned away at MEA in Byram, Ms, I went to Trustcare in Clinton, Ms. Caleb and the rest of the staff were stellar!! Being turned away at MEA was the most unusual experience ever but I am glad they did and I ended up at Trustcare. This will forever be my go to place. Needless to say I will never ever set foot back into MEA in Byram, MS
Customer service was very bad treated me and my friend like crap over putting a card on file get seen he he already paid 3:50 cant get seen bc she want a card on file so we ha to wait
I visited there Clinton office today! I have to be honest, for a medical reason, they are the best! The lady at the front desk was so nice! The nurse that came to bring me to the back was so nice and very professional! And Doctor Cody was comforting and listened to me explain and my issues! If I could give 10 stars for my all around experience I would!
Great experience here! I'm only in town for work, so I had to rely on Google reviews to help find a place and was not disappointed. All my interactions with the staff were great, especially Erin Brooks. She listened and was thorough in her diagnosis.
