Kim and Kara were knowledgeable patient and kind. The front desk ladies were polite and organized. Kara explained the process of what I needed very well and Kim was gentle and patient while drawing my blood as I am very afraid of needles. However, it wasnt nearly as painful or scary because of Kim. You can tell these people love what they do. Wonderful facility.
Staff members were friendly.
Receptionist is very rude and unprofessional.
Walked in on a Sunday morning, front desk staff was friendly. Once I got to the back the nurse were top tier, Nurse Kim and Nicole were great. They took there time to listen to my problem and definitely did a great job to resolve the issue…. I highly recommend TrustCare and was very satisfied with their compassionate care. Thanks ladies!
