My experience at trust care was a very pleasant experience. The ladies that checked me in were very polite and professional and nurse Kim was awesome she was very patient and knows her job very well. I got two shots by her and didn't feel a thing, thanks Nurse Kim and the Nurse Practitioner, Nicole diagnosed my problem and knew exactly what medications I needed to feel better. Thanks guys for a great experience. I will definitely come again if I feel ill. Thanks Stevie Camper Jr.
I recently visited this clinic and unfortunately did not stay for my appointment due to the unprofessional attitude of the front desk staff. From the moment I walked in, the interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. When I asked basic questions, the responses were short and lacked courtesy! I will not be back ! Also, I know other patients that have experienced this as well !
Trustcare Clinton always greets me with a smile. They are kind and quick getting me seen. Cody and the nursing staff are easy to talk to and there to help. Love going here!
Very nice staff! Very polite! And I didn't have to wait a long period of time! I will be coming if I have another illness.
Ask for Dr. Adkins. If he ever leaves I will follow him! He deserves a raise! Absolute best there is.
