The service provided by the medical staff was commendable; however, my experience with the front desk staff and billing department was highly disappointing. Regrettably, this has influenced my decision not to return. I informed the front desk attendant that I had no outstanding copayment, as I had fulfilled my deductible and coinsurance for the year, yet she did not confirm this with my insurance and proceeded to charge me. We were traveling from out of town and stopped here on our way home with a sick kiddo! The staff was so kind and welcoming thank you guys for taking care of my kiddo so quickly!
