Front desk is the rudest!! I hate to leave a bad review. But if you want a friendly experience when you or your family are not feeling well. Do not go here. Don’t bother to make an appointment. Terry was incredibly rude when we were checking in. Had an appointment at 2:00. Waited over an hour. Normally we go to Baptist but thought we would try going here. Best after hours, weekend and anytime I need them clinic. Fast online scheduling and great customer service and care!! They really listen and never rush to get me out like a number!!
Kim and CAM are the best at the front desk!!!!!! I love to come into trust care just to see them they are my favorites and the providers always take care of me. Thank you !!!!!!
