Went in for The first time ever. Was suffering from abdominal pain and was treated very respectfully. Staff was very friendly. Doctor addressed my immediate needs. Went home very happy. Will be coming here again!!!!
I went to this location of TrustCare and the Nurses were all great. The lady that was at the desk was not professional at all. While filling out my paper work, she continued to ask if I were finished as if I am being rushed. If you are ready to go home from a job that you signed up too do, why not stay there and you will have no rush on yourself or the customer. This is why I stick too home remedies.
I got in right away at the TrustCare in Flowood, MS. Check-in staff was kind and courteous and patiently answered all my questions. Andrew is the best. He really cares! The tech was respectful and’s brief.
Front desk was rude. Came in with facial swelling and NP Kevin majors didn’t even examine anything. He asked a few allergy questions, told me to go home and take a Zyrtec. My face is so swollen I can push into the skin and it not pop back up instantly. I’m currently in the waiting room of somewhere else!!

The entire team was warm, professional, and efficient, making what could have been a stressful experience surprisingly smooth and reassuring.
