Excellent service and short wait! They took care of me quickly and I was out in a very timely manner! Cared a lot about their patients!
Experiece here was disappointing. The front desk staff set a very unwelcoming tone from the start. We had a 2:00 appointment and waited over an hour, and during check-in, Terry was particularly rude. When you’re not feeling well, a little kindness goes a long way, and unfortunately that was lacking. It’s worth noting that the doctor and nurse were both great, which makes this even more frustrating. My daughter was supposed to be seen today for a mental health evaluation. I had the appointment planned out for a few weeks, and planned PTO for this visit. Someone just called me to tell me they over booked and that I need to reschedule. I told her that she needed this appointment and she told me no, that the time spot I had was for follow up appointments only, so I told her I would find somewhere else for her to go!!
