I went for a very delicate situation. All of the staff was really helpful and nice! The front desk lady was SUPER NICE! She helped me with my insurance with no hesitation! The staff was super nice! Over all would definitely recommend this trust care location!
Horrible billing practices with no response to issues despite nearly a year passing with several attempts.
I drive all the way from Raymond and sometimes Byram Ms. To come to the TrustCare Lake Harbour location. When you step out your vehicle warm welcome you shall receive. From the front check in dest to the back to see the physician you are taken care of.
If I could give zero stars I would… I had a very negative experience with tommy howington, a mental health provider. While I understand that not all requests can be accommodated, the concern was the manner in which my concerns were addressed. During our phone interaction, I felt spoken to in a condescending and dismissive way. I’ve visited Trust Care several times in the past. This experience has been different. I went in for an issue in November. I had some relief for a few days but my symptoms returned & I followed up with another visit late December. Doctor ordered lab results & said with it being a holiday week she’d definitely call me thy Friday or the weekend. She stated if symptoms still there she would order a CT or Ultrasound.
