Thank you. I appreciate your services. After being in pain for nearly a week calling doctors office after doctors TRUSTCARE saw me without any of the runaround I had received from other doctors. They got me in quickly and helped me. The entire team was amazing from start to finish. Highly recommend!
The doctors there are very nice, however we do NOT recommend this clinic due to their approach to billing. They keep your card on file, and I get feeling that they do not trust their patients with paying the bills, I am supposed to trust your staff, you have my insurance information, you should trust me as a patient. Our case, as usual my wife’s claim got rejected because of the aggravating blue cross “re-certifying others on your plan don’t also have insurance every year” policy. Everyone that helped me at the trustcare on highland colony was absolutely amazing. Very kind, very calming. I will definitely come back next time I need a doctor.
From the front desk to the nurse practitioner, doctors and nurses I would recommend this place 1000 times over. Everyone is courteous, professional, sympathetic, and empathetic. I will definitely be back but not if I can’t help it.lol
