Trustbridge Hospice of Jupiter FL has been a terrible experience. I am a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner and have had to fight for everything for my father who was a patient with them. 80% of the CNAs have attitudes and lack empathy; I have had to assist with the care they provide as it is subpar with the exception of 2 wonderful aides. I had to request personal Care supplies, an Air bed, a bedside commode - nothing was "offered" and it was a helpful aide who told me what could be provided. I can not say enough about how great the staff is here. They took such great care of my Dad his last few days here on earth. The nursing staff took wonderful care of my dad and was wonderful to our family. Elaine was my dads nurse the last day, and when he passed, she was not only there to help us with everything that happened afterward, but she was a great comfort to me. I will always be thankful for the staff at Trustbridge.

My Mother entered hospice after receiving very poor nursing care at Jupiter Medical Center post colon resection. When TrustBridge came to meet with me, I was certain that my Mother, and my family would be in good care. The exact opposite is what took place. My Mom screamed and cried out “HELP! ,” I AM IN PAIN!” “I’M DYING” “I’M IN HOSPICE! This is supposed to be peaceful!” … for THREE hours before they finally medicated her properly. Great sales pitch about cocktails and takeout. They somehow get a wrong diagnosis, then they prescribe a lethal dose of opiates for a month till your loved one is actually dying, then they deny water and pump them full of drugs till their body shuts down . I called 4 times to ask where all the misdiagnoses came from. PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS TO ANYONE , ITS BARBARIC .

My aunt was admitted into hospice in May 2022, after being sick at home. The nurses were excellent. They welcomed us in, and immediately made my aunt comfortable by cleaning her up and preparing her for her journey. My mother and I finally felt at peace for her. The day nurse, Cassandra, was so kind and so helpful, and she put us at ease immediately. Her night nurse, Stephanie, checked on her and made sure everything was ok.
