Dorothy is great! She is extremely helpful with her knowledge of the products they carry and always willing to try to order the products in the Goldwell line. Although they seem to have stopped carrying several products (perms, etc.) and they don't have any Goldwell branded items any longer. (retail bags, aprons, capes)
