The beat place for therapy!! My daughter has seen shiela for years
Trust the Process is an absolutely wonderful place to go. I always look forward to my appointments there. The staff is professional and helpful. The facility is clean and very welcoming. I have been going here for quite some time now and have been making great progress. I highly recommend Trust the Process to anyone looking for couseling
Sheila is one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. She is non judgemental, compassionate and just a wonderful person to be around. She works around your schedule to make sure you can be seen. The office is always clean and welcoming. I have been to a few therapists myself and been through quite a few other ones with my boyfriend and she is by far the best person I've had to spill my problems with. read this before you go to trust the process. I takes about a month to get in contact with the receptionist, who NEVER picks up the phone. and once you start going never get the fly and miss an appointment because even if you call 20 times she wont answer. I asked sheila to do DBT therapy with me and she never printed out the work book. never started DBT. My sessions would start 10 minutes late and end ten minutes early.
