Worst service ever. Don't waste your money. The lady working on my case (Betsy?) was extremely rude and very dismissive whenever I had a question. I asked her upfront her price for the service and she said she will let me know later. I should't have trusted her.!! She ended up charging me $600 for something that I could have done for free in the Internet. We had a very unfortunate negative experience with a Tax preparer at this company. She applied tax deductions that were not applicable without consent in order to attain a higher refund. This led to a series of issues with the IRS and a hefty amount to pay back a year later. I am still unable to resolve the issue. Needless to say, I’m very disappointed that this error was acknowledged by the owner of the company but nothing helpful was done to compensate this nightmare of a situation. Great experience with trust tax. We have been using their services for years now. Betsy and the rest of the staff are professional and kind making the experience an overall great one. We have recommended their services to family and friends and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a tax service experience.
This seems like the kind of “tax service” you hear about that steals your return. SHADY marketing/business practices. Came out to find there sign in my yard. No one asked or knocked on my door.
