Was audited by the IRS not once but TWICE, both on the years I used this horrible company. Using tax deductions without authorization, my tax lady ***** claimed expenses that weren't legitimate in an attempt to increase her refund. As a result, I faced complications with the IRS and was required to repay a significant sum the following year. The audit protection is a joke and can’t help since half the crap on the return was a lie. I’d give 0 stars if I could. I can’t even believe this place hasn’t been shut down yet.
