Had a TERRIBLE experience with this company, especially the owner (Mary). Began install on new system and decided that we didn't want to keep it....installer was supposed to be back to uninstall system but never showed. Contacted him and his reply was "not going to happen today". Called the office and asked to speak to the owner - conversation was very interesting.
