Do not use Trust Point if you care about the treatment of the beneficiaries of your Trust. Trust Point treats Trust beneficiaries as a nuisances and not customers. I would not trust Trustpoint to manage your estate or trust. They have no care of their clients, as they simply view a client as transactional. I had a dear friend and client that passed and trusted in Trustpoint to manage his estate after death. They did not follow through with his wishes, had no empathy, and were only focused on immediate financial gains.
