I'm a professional kitchen & bath remodeler. Matt was my plumber for 5 years. I put up with a lot of BS from him over the years because I considered him a friend. Finally, he failed to get a shower base installed before the drywall subcontractor was scheduled to install sheetrock. The hard board got installed at the shower but had to be torn out so I could install the shower base myself before it was reinstalled.
