I would not recommend buying a vehicle from Trust Motors based on my experience. Within the first 3 months of ownership, the vehicle developed repeated EPC warning light issues, alignment and tyre balding issues, misfire issues, limp mode . Multiple faults has resulted in ongoing inconvenience, time off work, and repeated trips to the dealership. The most disappointing part has been the aftersales support. Cruz was excellent with his comms . Better than other AKL dealers/salespeople i had been dealing with by far ! Liam was great also - appreciated his transparency re: tradein value. Nick sorted the finance superbly - gave me all the options with clarity Great team alround - would recommend Trust Motors to anyone - including remote buyers. Cruz, Liam & Nick are great at what they do for sure !!
Great customer service and experience in purchasing my truck. Marketing on their website was outstanding and really show cased their range of well groomed vehicles.
