Jake was so caring and took so much time with me He fixed the wheel while I waited and then carried the ottoman to my car. He really cares about his customers which is happening less and less these days

Fantastic all around!! They did an absolutely fantastic job reupholstering two club chairs. They were so fast, the quality was excellent, their pricing is very fair, and they are very respectful and easy to work with. The chairs originally had a skirt and they even touched up the now exposed chair legs. My parents own decorating stores in VA and I had my own home interiors fabric line, so I am very familiar with upholstery standards. Trust Upholstery did a great job all round.
