appointment was at 10:45 and it’s 11:47 and i still haven’t been seen. he’s “seeing someone” apparently. very unprofessional and they seem to not know how to handle their scheduling, would not recommend coming here to anyone.

Had an appointment to be Haz Mat fingerprinted. Set up the appointment 6 days before the appointment and they said they could not find me and cpuld not fingerprint me without a code. Never asked what kind of finger printing. Went to a different location to ask a question, they found me and finger printed me. This place could learn how to ask the right questions. Were very polite and kind in telling me they could not find me however, which is why it was 2 vs 1. The front desk person was being instructed wrong.
NEVER GO THERE!!! OUR DRIVER COMPLETED DRUG TEST AND WE NEVER GOT RESULTS. WE LOST 1 WEEK BECAUSE OF THEIR FAULT!THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE .THE MANAGER IS NOT A COMPETENT PERSON .
